Hospice Team Assistant

The Hospice Team Assistant role is onsite in Memphis, TN, with compensation of $17–$20 per hour and a Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. schedule. The position supports hospice team operations and patient-care coordination at AccentCare.

What you'll do

• Review daily ADT exception reports and update missing EMR elements
• record census changes
• order and maintain medical supplies for field staff
• process durable medical equipment orders
• prepare for interdisciplinary group and team meetings
• and coordinate with the Medical Director and community physicians on required documents.
