Sales Associate — Pilates Studio

What you'll do

• Generate leads and make outbound calls
• convert prospects into memberships
• welcome members and prospects
• respond to inquiries by phone, text, and email
• schedule introductory classes and appointments and maintain CRM records
• follow up with members and prospects
• work toward performance goals
• represent the studio at local events and networking opportunities
• create social media content
• maintain a clean, welcoming studio
• support members before and after class
• collaborate with the Studio Manager and instructors.
