Quality Assurance and Compliance Manager

The Quality Assurance and Compliance Manager role is remote, with a flexible schedule within a 40-hour Monday–Friday workweek. Compensation is not specified. The role supports TRAC Autism Center’s operations and clinical leaders and helps families access Applied Behavior Analysis services. The manager coordinates quality assurance, compliance, provider credentialing, client intake, benefits verification, and service authorizations. By maintaining accurate records, monitoring requirements, coordinating audits, and following corrective actions through completion, the role helps keep services and administrative processes compliant and moving forward.

What you'll do

• Manage provider credentialing, renewals, and enrollment
• maintain provider profiles, rosters, and supporting records
• guide families through intake
• verify insurance eligibility and ABA benefits
• prepare and track authorization requests and utilization
• maintain compliance plans, policies, and deadlines
• coordinate privacy and security activities
• organize record and process audits
• support corrective actions
• coordinate billing consistency and audit readiness
• coordinate staff education and report key issues to leadership.
