What you'll do

• Lead daily housekeeping operations for guestrooms, public areas, and laundry if applicable
• hire, train, coach, and schedule team members
• inspect rooms and public areas
• manage labor and staffing
• oversee supplies and linens
• coordinate room turns with front office and maintenance
• monitor guest feedback
• ensure OSHA and chemical-handling compliance
• maintain department logs and documentation.
