The Certified Sterile Processing Technician — Surgical Services is an onsite position in Onamia, MN, scheduled Monday through Friday for eight-hour shifts between 6:00 AM and 4:30 PM; call is currently not required but may be introduced in the future. Pay is $20.20–$30.30 per hour. The role supports surgical and procedural services at Mille Lacs Health System. The technician processes reusable instruments and equipment so they can be safely used for surgeries, examinations, and medical procedures. Careful cleaning, sterilization, inspection, inventory control, and documentation support infection prevention and safe patient care.

- Collect and sort used equipment

- assemble and organize instrument trays
- deliver equipment for procedures
- maintain sterilization and maintenance records
- manage inventory and expiration dates
