The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role is onsite in Indianapolis, IN, with compensation of $15–$25 per hour. Adapt for Life’s Indy South team provides applied behavior analysis therapy and support for children with autism. Working under guidance from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, the technician delivers individualized therapy and helps children build communication, social, academic, self-help, and daily living skills while documenting progress and collaborating with families and the care team.

What you'll do

• Provide one-to-one ABA therapy
• implement BCBA-developed treatment and behavior plans
• teach skills through play, structured activities, and everyday interactions
• collect data and document progress
• support learners during challenging behaviors using individualized plans
• collaborate with BCBAs, team members, and families
• complete session documentation and follow confidentiality, HIPAA, and company policies.

Why this role

Training and certification support is available for applicants who are not yet RBT-certified. A $1,000 sign-on bonus is available to eligible new hires with active RBT certification after 240 billable hours.
