Quality Process Technician

Job overview

The Quality Process Technician role is onsite at the Madison, WI plant, with pay of $20–$25 per hour. Total Water Treatment Systems prepares tanks used for water filtration by commercial and industrial customers. The technician supports plant operations by regenerating and maintaining treatment tanks and equipment, following safety and quality procedures, and keeping records and inventory current. The work helps ensure equipment is prepared, identified, and maintained for customer and production needs.

What you'll do

• Follow company standards and safety procedures
• perform regeneration work on specified tanks and filters and conduct bacteria sampling
• prepare daily logs, computer entries, and paperwork
• follow QSR procedures and use reports to monitor equipment
• tag tanks and cartridges for identification
• maintain the plant and shop
• assist with shipping and receiving and forklift handling as needed
• prepare and repair tanks
• maintain equipment and supply inventory
• assist customers with salt and water pickups
• clear snow and ice from doors and sidewalks.
