What you'll do

• Prepare menu items according to recipes, plating standards, and kitchen procedures
• maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned station
• set up and break down stations and maintain prep levels
• work efficiently during high-volume service while maintaining food quality
• communicate with kitchen leadership and other stations
• follow food safety, sanitation, and health department standards
• assist with prep, product organization, and general kitchen support as needed.
