What you'll do

• Plan and lead short- and long-range toddler activities aligned with curriculum objectives and program philosophy
• meet children’s developmental needs
• involve assistants in curriculum planning
• coordinate field trips
• prepare monthly plans and complete developmental assessments
• communicate with parents and report progress
• maintain records, confidentiality, safety, and licensing compliance
• supervise assistants, aides, and volunteers
• respond to enrollment inquiries.
