Senior Project Manager

Senior Project Manager is an onsite role in Concord, CA. The stated annual salary range is $210,000–$250,000. The role leads engineering and design teams delivering client projects for Hargrove Engineers & Constructors. The position is accountable for project scope, cost, schedule, quality, and client relationships across project phases. It coordinates resources and technical decisions, maintains project controls, and supports successful engineering, procurement, construction, and closeout outcomes.

What you'll do

• Supervise and provide technical direction to engineers and designers
• manage project contracts, budgets, schedules, and quality
• estimate professional service hours and validate construction estimates
• coordinate scope, goals, deliverables, resources, and client expectations
• manage change notices
• lead team coordination and reporting
• review engineering and construction submittals
• support construction, startup, requests for information, and project closeout
• develop staff through training and professional development.
