What you'll do

• Process vendor invoices
• match invoices to purchase orders and supporting documents
• verify approvals, coding, and accuracy
• prepare checks and electronic payments
• maintain vendor records and resolve billing discrepancies
• post customer payments and receipts
• reconcile customer accounts and follow up on balances
• assist with cash receipts, deposits, bank reconciliations, month-end closing, and reports
• maintain accounting files
• communicate with vendors, customers, and dealership personnel.
