What you'll do

• Lead, mentor, and develop commercial HVAC/R technicians
• troubleshoot complex commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
• oversee service, preventive maintenance, repairs, and equipment replacements
• build relationships with commercial customers, facility managers, and property operators
• identify business opportunities and grow the Austin customer base
• help recruit and develop technicians
• oversee service quality, productivity, and daily operations
• work with company leadership to establish and grow the local operation.
