Parts Specialist

What you'll do

• Organize and maintain parts inventory
• assess obsolete stock, backorders, and open orders
• process parts transactions and inventory adjustments
• assist with receiving and stock inventory
• ensure parts are charged to repair orders and invoices
• submit stock and special procurement orders
• check parts ETAs
• complete department paperwork
• reconcile invoices and delivery notes
• coordinate monthly reconciliation with Accounting
• confirm vendor payments
• process returns and shortages
• order department supplies
• provide customer service.
