What you'll do

• Manage encounter and productivity performance, schedules, panel sizes, no-show mitigation, and access
• establish warm-handoff and integrated behavioral health workflows
• ensure complete, timely, billable documentation and close billing gaps
• maintain applicable HRSA, licensing, and payer compliance
• recruit, onboard, develop, and supervise a multidisciplinary team
• set clinical standards and monitor care quality, risk, and safety
• develop behavioral health programs and steward funding and reporting
• manage the department budget and report performance metrics to leadership.
