Inventory Control Associate – Night Shift

The Inventory Control Associate – Night Shift role is onsite in Ravenna, OH. Pay is $20.50 per hour. Sirna & Sons Produce is a family-run wholesale food distributor serving restaurants, hotels, schools, and other institutions. The associate maintains accurate inventory and checks product quality and rotation. Inventory reporting and corrective action help buyers and warehouse managers maintain product standards and reduce spoilage.

What you'll do

• Perform daily physical inventory counts and spot audits
• monitor product quality and report deviations
• slot new products and advise on locations
• maintain the inventory system and provide reports
• inspect inbound freight and stored product
• check product in slots and ensure proper rotation
• identify quality-assurance issues and take internal corrective action to prevent spoilage.

Why this role

Requires a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of recent relevant experience in produce distribution, processing, or food manufacturing and distribution. Schedule is Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, starting at 6:00 p.m. and continuing until finished. Forklift and scissor-lift experience is preferred.
