What you'll do

• Review contract documents, plans, specifications, and addenda
• understand safety, quality, and schedule requirements
• prepare startup packages and project budgets
• develop and update CPM schedules
• coordinate construction drawings and submittals
• review materials, purchase orders, and work orders
• prepare weekly job-cost reports and monthly cost updates
• manage coordination, change orders, and delays
• coordinate project closeout documentation.
