What you'll do

• Assist in managing food service operations in accordance with approved budgets and financial goals.
• Oversee all daily operations of Weill Café, including daytime café service and evening restaurant operations.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and support initiatives that drive revenue, guest engagement, and visibility.
• Support venue programming, promotions, and special events through operational collaboration and execution.
• Partner with culinary leadership on menu development, implementation, and refinement.
