What you'll do

• Install complete heat-pump systems, including removing existing gas furnaces and air-conditioning equipment
• recover refrigerant, evacuate systems, and charge them correctly
• prepare installation spaces
• read blueprints and wiring diagrams and troubleshoot
• follow local building codes
• answer homeowner questions and address concerns
• identify quality issues
• maintain organized, stocked vehicles and warehouse
• collaborate with installers and engineering to improve processes.
