Medical Assistant (MA)

The Medical Assistant (MA) role is onsite in Oregon, WI, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Pay is $23–$26 per hour. The role provides clinical and administrative support in a busy healthcare setting. The Medical Assistant helps providers deliver patient care and maintain efficient clinic operations. The work includes rooming patients, collecting and documenting clinical information, assisting with procedures, and supporting physicians and advanced practice providers.

What you'll do

• Obtain and document vital signs and report abnormal results to the Registered Nurse
• enter care information in the electronic health record
• room patients and coordinate flow
• administer vaccines and IM/SubQ medications under protocols
• collect point-of-care samples including phlebotomy
• assist providers with examinations and procedures
• prepare rooms and equipment
• perform ordered procedures within scope
• document care and interventions.
