The Field Marketing Manager — Arizona role is in person, based in Phoenix, AZ, with travel throughout the assigned territory required. The manager builds and executes the territory’s event strategy, develops community and organizer relationships, and leads Brand Ambassadors to create customer experiences that generate qualified leads and in-home appointments. The role uses event performance data and budget oversight to guide investment and improve results as the market grows.

What you'll do

• Build and manage the territory event calendar
• plan and execute trade shows, community events, partnerships, and local activations
• manage event logistics, setup, staffing, and onsite performance
• recruit, onboard, coach, and develop Brand Ambassadors
• track leads, appointments, costs, conversions, and other performance indicators
• manage event budgets and resources
• communicate results and recommendations to the Director of Events and business leaders.
