What you'll do

• Lead and mentor construction professionals
• monitor division and project performance and profit-and-loss results
• develop division budgets and review financial forecasts
• oversee project planning and execution
• track expenses and report to senior management
• coordinate manpower and productivity
• assess technical, safety, estimating, and staffing needs
• train personnel and provide performance feedback
• review estimates and proposals
• develop sales leads and customer relationships.
