What you'll do

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff
• follow site procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities
• respond to incidents and medical emergencies
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter
• monitor access points and visitor activity
• document observations, incidents, and patrols
• communicate relevant information to site leadership and supervision.
