What you'll do

• Assist with quarterly and annual Forms 10-Q and 10-K, earnings releases, and other SEC filings
• prepare supporting schedules, reconciliations, accounting memos, and flux analyses
• identify and comply with accounting guidance
• review XBRL tagging
• contribute to monthly and quarterly close
• maintain internal control procedures
• coordinate timely responses to external auditors.
