Senior Network Technical Lead

What you'll do

• Serve as primary contact for client stakeholders
• conduct service reviews and governance meetings
• communicate incidents, risks, changes, and remediation plans
• oversee enterprise network operations and service performance
• lead major incident management and root-cause analysis
• coordinate maintenance and changes
• guide LAN, WAN, MPLS, SD-WAN, internet, data center, and cloud networking
• review designs and recommend improvements
• coordinate carriers, vendors, and internal teams
• mentor network engineers and drive service improvement.
