The Analytical Chemist — Day 1 Shift role is onsite in Rensselaer, NY, with pay of $26–$30 per hour. Eurofins PSS provides mission-critical testing services to companies in pharmaceutical, medical device, food, cosmetic, and consumer products industries. The chemist supports clinical testing of pharmaceutical products and high-quality laboratory operations by documenting and reviewing analytical results, maintaining compliance, and ensuring instruments are ready for use. The role may also assist with method qualification and validation.

What you'll do

• Support clinical testing of pharmaceutical products
• gather, document, and review analytical data and test results
• ensure results comply with established standards and report quality anomalies
• comply with regulatory and compliance requirements
• complete test records and review supporting documentation
• calibrate instruments or verify calibration
• maintain laboratory supplies and organization
• participate in required training
• interact with customers and internal teams
• assist with method qualification and validation as needed.

Why this role

First shift, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM. Requires a Chemistry bachelor’s degree and at least two years of relevant industry experience, or a Chemistry master’s degree with relevant laboratory experience.
