The role helps the store meet sales and production goals by coordinating donation and merchandise processing, supporting customer service, and assisting with opening or closing. It also contributes to a safe, orderly store through asset protection, cash-handling procedures, and upkeep of customer and work areas.

What you'll do

• Assist with processing donations, merchandise, and salvage goods
• sort, prepare, and price used goods
• support production and sales goals
• maintain stock rotation, displays, signage, and inventory
• support customer service
• open or close the store as scheduled
• maintain store cleanliness and appearance
• help ensure equipment and facilities are in working order
• support safety procedures, asset protection, security, cash handling, and required reporting.
