Crime Analyst

What you'll do

• Plan, collect, assess, collate, analyze, and disseminate public safety information
• detect crime patterns and correlate suspects with crimes
• develop target-suspect profiles and crime forecasts
• support current cases, including Real Time Crime, with leads and locations
• operate the Drone First Responder program
• create crime charts, graphs, maps, and bulletins
• research and improve analysis processes
• develop and deliver training.

Why this role

High school diploma required. FAA Part 107 drone pilot approval is preferred and will be required after a reasonable training period. Must pass background checks and maintain CJIS eligibility.
