The manager owns one or more software domains from product outcomes through production operations, builds and develops an engineering team, and partners with Product, Design, and Operations to deliver reliable systems used across factories.

What you'll do

• Own business domains end-to-end, including product outcomes, engineering execution, and operational health
• hire, develop, and retain engineers
• lead architecture and design reviews and contribute production code
• partner with Product, Design, and Operations on roadmaps
• improve planning, design, code review, testing, deployment, on-call, and incident response.
