Vocational Nurse Specialist

Provides basic nursing care by assisting in the assessment of the resident on admission and on an ongoing basis. Remains knowledgeable about and communicates to the appropriate interdisciplinary team (IDT) member any significant change in condition. Accurately documents all assessments. Seeks guidance if unsure of any assessment findings.
