Home Health Aide

Job overview

The Home Health Aide role is onsite in Bloomer, WI, with pay of $17–$19 per hour. What you'll do

• Provide personal care and hygiene support
• assist with activities of daily living, mobility, exercises, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
• help organize self-administered medication and arrange refills
• dispense medications as directed by a Registered Nurse
• respond to resident call lights
• document services
• support appointments and communication with providers
• follow individual care plans.

Why this role
