Compass Health Network’s Integrated Treatment for Co-Occurring Disorders program provides person-centered care for people experiencing mental health and substance use disorders. The counselor delivers integrated treatment and community-based support, helping clients work toward recovery through counseling, assessment, treatment planning, outreach, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

What you'll do

• Provide individual and group co-occurring treatment
• support community-based services and outreach
• conduct assessments, treatment planning, and stage-of-change evaluations
• collaborate on treatment reviews and care plans
• provide transportation and collect or process urine drug screens as needed
• maintain documentation
• participate in weekly team meetings and clinical supervision.
