As the company’s first dedicated legal hire, counsel owns commercial legal work and partners with business teams to manage contract risk, support deal progress, and build practical legal processes and resources.

What you'll do

• Review and negotiate customer and vendor agreements
• manage redlines and agreements through signature
• advise Sales, RevOps, Finance, and Product on commercial decisions and risk
• review data processing, security, and privacy terms
• maintain contract templates and negotiation playbooks
• manage outside counsel
• establish contract intake, tracking, and storage processes.
