What you'll do

• Support diagnostic pre-testing and digital refraction under Physician Eyecare Group supervision
• meet training, procedure, protocol, certification, and clinical standards
• communicate with the supervising physician
• provide contact lens insertion and removal assistance
• maintain accurate patient information and confidential records
• greet patients and customers, identify needs, schedule and confirm appointments, assist with complaints and pending orders, and support store goals.
