Care Team Lead — Second Shift

What you'll do

• Support team orientation and training
• mentor care team members
• assist with schedule coverage as needed
• review and provide resident care according to service plans
• respond to call signals and alarms
• administer medications according to physician orders and policies
• process physician orders using eMAR with pharmacy support
• maintain medication and supply inventory
• observe and report resident changes
• complete documentation and follow safety, infection-control, emergency, and confidentiality procedures.

Why this role
