Assistant Superintendent

What you'll do

• Coordinate on-site construction activities and project logistics
• plan and sequence work and develop schedules with the project team
• support budget and change-order management
• assist with quality-control plans, submittal reviews, and pre-construction meetings
• oversee punch lists and warranty processes
• identify and mitigate field risks
• lead safety activities and incident follow-up
• coordinate testing and inspections
• maintain jobsite reports, checklists, punch lists, schedule updates, timesheets, quantity reports, RFIs, and field issue records.
