Job overview

The Geotechnical Project Manager role is onsite in Houston, TX, with up to 25% travel within a region required. Compensation is not specified. What you'll do

  • Enforce company and site-specific safety procedures and conduct at least one project-site safety audit monthly
  • coordinate with operations, construction, project management, sales, and design teams
  • serve as the main internal and external contact for clients and stakeholders
  • negotiate contracts and change orders
  • schedule projects
  • review contract documents and prepare RFIs
  • review design and construction submittals
  • manage budgets, forecasts, invoices, and collections
  • oversee quality, documentation, equipment and labor allocation
  • conduct pre-construction site visits
  • support bids and business development
  • travel up to 25% within the region.
