What you'll do

• Develop employment discovery profiles
• coordinate job development, resumes, applications, interviews, and employer advocacy
• conduct job analyses when requested
• provide on-the-job training and disability-awareness training when appropriate
• provide post-employment and extended supports
• document services and billing
• maintain authorizations and communication with referral and funding sources
• attend meetings and training.
