The Part-Time Leasing Consultant role is onsite in Charlotte, NC, with a 26-hour weekly schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Pay is $17–$18 per hour. The role is in Gallery Residential’s property management department. The position supports occupancy, revenue, and resident retention by coordinating leasing and marketing activities, guiding prospective residents through applications and move-in, and assisting current residents with renewals and service concerns.

What you'll do

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct property tours, process applications and screenings, prepare lease and move-in documents, and support move-ins
• inspect apartments before move-in and coordinate outstanding maintenance
• monitor market and competitor conditions
• implement marketing plans and outreach
• use property management software to track availability and leasing activity
• maintain show units and leasing areas
• follow up with prospects and residents
• prepare and deliver renewal documents
• respond to resident concerns
• complete administrative and financial reports.
