Dietary Aide

What you'll do

• Work with the Cook on prescribed regular and special diet menus
• ensure food is available for preparation
• assist with food preparation and meal service
• respond to dietary emergencies and document observations
• inspect trays for accuracy and portion control
• clean kitchen areas and equipment
• monitor supplies, equipment, cleanliness, and safety
• report disrepair.
