The Accounting Manager — Fortify Building Solutions role is onsite in Houston, TX. Compensation is $110,000–$140,000 per year, plus bonus. The role oversees financial close, reporting, and accounting controls across entities and ERP systems. It leads staff and works with finance, plant controllership, and corporate accounting teams to improve process efficiency, safeguard inventory, and ensure accurate financial results.

What you'll do

• Oversee transactional accounting, consolidation, financial close, and periodic reporting
• lead a team of at least two staff
• design and oversee accounting processes and controls
• manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close
• maintain control documentation and remediate deficiencies
• review financial statements and balance-sheet reconciliations
• partner with plant controllership and corporate accounting.

Why this role
