What you'll do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for office, field, and operational positions
• source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates
• recruit for difficult-to-fill roles including CDL drivers, operators, laborers, technicians, traveling field crews, and engineers
• maintain job descriptions, postings, pipelines, and applicant records
• partner with hiring managers
• ensure hiring compliance
• support recruiting events, onboarding, retention, and leadership updates.
