What you'll do

• Maintain clinic and state continuing-education requirements
• educate new and established staff
• collaborate with Nursing Administration on new-employee orientation
• develop and support the preceptor program
• ensure annual nursing competency and staff compliance validations
• update training materials
• assess education needs
• maintain the learning management system and Epic onboarding platform
• coordinate and monitor Epic training
• assist with clinic policies and procedures
• mentor employees
• collaborate with the multidisciplinary team.

Why this role

Requires two or more years of training experience in a medical or outpatient clinic setting and graduation from an approved vocational nursing school with an unrestricted Texas license. Learning management system and Epic experience preferred.
