Assistant Kitchen Supervisor

What you'll do

• Oversee daily kitchen operations, meal service, food quality, and cleanliness
• ensure food safety and sanitation compliance
• lead, train, schedule, and coach kitchen staff
• manage inventory, ordering, storage, food costs, and waste reduction
• conduct quality checks
• coordinate catering and special events
• maintain equipment logs and coordinate repairs
• plan holiday meals and resident-centered dining with the Certified Dietary Manager
• coordinate staff appreciation events.
