What you'll do

• Manage the community budget, expenses, and net operating income
• oversee collections and legal notices in compliance with state law and Fair Housing standards
• drive leasing, renewals, occupancy, and applicant approvals
• lead and develop the onsite team
• manage vendors and contractors
• oversee curb appeal, amenities, safety, and capital projects
• resolve resident issues.
