The Home Health Aide – Jersey Shore role is onsite, serving clients in the Jersey Shore area; the listing location is Williamsport, PA. Following each client’s care plan, the role supports daily routines, companionship, and communication with the office about changes in client needs.

What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, personal hygiene, toileting, and mobility as directed by the care plan
• prepare meals and provide light housekeeping and laundry
• offer companionship
• provide medication reminders according to the care plan
• report changes in client condition or needs
• record completed care tasks and use electronic visit verification.
