What you'll do

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair computer hardware and systems
• follow reset instructions for edge and accessory hardware
• document troubleshooting steps and resolutions
• manage returned-component and replacement-part inventory
• create repair orders and handle related shipping and stocking
• report defects
• assist with preventative and corrective processes
• provide diagnoses and functional systems to manufacturing teams when needed
• share updates with documentation teams
• test returns with support teams
• coordinate incident disposition and troubleshooting with support, engineering, and quality teams.
