What you'll do

• Collaborate with individuals’ team members
• provide behavioral support services
• train families and staff on strategies and data collection
• review and interpret data
• complete functional behavioral and adaptive-skills assessments
• develop behavioral plans with proactive, skill-building, reinforcement, and response strategies
• conduct additional observations and assessments
• guide assigned RBTs.
