What you'll do

• Prepare estimates across design stages
• develop conceptual budgets and quantity take-offs
• create bid packages and bid-leveling worksheets
• analyze plans and specifications
• identify and communicate risks
• solicit and coordinate subcontractor and supplier bids
• manage bid calendars, RFIs, and addenda
• inspect sites and support project turnover.
