What you'll do

• Develop and implement nursing services, objectives, policies, and procedures in accordance with regulations and standards
• design and evaluate nursing systems for consistent care and resident rights
• conduct nursing rounds on all units multiple times daily, including at shift start and end
• protect residents from abuse, mistreatment, and neglect
• collaborate with the interdisciplinary management team on planning, policy, and administrative decisions.
