What you'll do

• Design, implement, and evaluate education programs, training initiatives, and competency assessments
• partner with nursing directors and department managers to identify learning needs
• coordinate orientation, onboarding, and specialty training
• maintain competencies aligned with regulatory and organizational standards
• coach and mentor nursing teams
• advise on clinical education and evidence-based practice
• support performance improvement, quality outcomes, and patient safety
• maintain educational materials and competency documentation.
